Fred Van Magness addresses Andover Rotary

Earlier this morning, Lyric's Fred Van Magness was the featured speaker at a meeting of the Andover Rotary Club.

The subject of his talk was the current political environment in Washington, D.C. and here in the Bay State, and the need for businesses and community leaders to get the word out about their endeavors using innovative and aggressive marketing techniques. In particular, Van Magness discussed policy issues including the national debt and financial reform, and ways that businesses can use social media and electronic marketing to communicate with the public.

Fred Van Magness is an attorney who specialized in civil litigation in Boston before serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Chief of Staff to the Minority Leader of the Massachusetts House of Representatives for several years. He co-founded Lyric Consulting with Meredith Warren in 2008. In addition to having expertise in public policy and political strategy, Fred also specializes in Web design and electronic marketing.
